Just wanted to share progress :)
I reached the 30-pound mark yesterday. All but the first 9 lbs were lost with CTL. First pic is my starting weight 183 lbs Second pic is 171 lbs Third pic is 153 lbs I'm 5'2" I have about 25 lbs or so left, but I've finally started to see and feel a difference. :)

Is there anyone still around? I actually thought this diet would be my answer to maintenance. I'm pretty confident that I can lose the rest of the weight on CTL, but I'm really worried about maintenance. I really like low-carb, but I can't do it long-term. In the garden
So what is everybody harvesting now? For me...zone 7b...it's tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, tomatillos, okra, green beans, squash, and cukes. I see melons and corn on the horizon.

Move to Level 2 early??
Level 1 kicked my booty at first, but I'm now doing it easily. I finished Level 1, Day 6 today and felt like I could have done it again. I've been alternating days doing shred and running/weightlifting and I've thrown in a couple of rest days. So should I complete level 1 before moving on with level 2 or can I go ahead and…
