I'm 5'0", started here at 163, reached 150, currently 151. I've been stuck at 151 for months. If you break into the 140's, please let me know how you did it!0 -

I started at 160. down to 138.8 now. Since January 2013. being very honest with MFP. If I had a dessert, it had to be a celebration, and better not be two close together My trainer only allowed me one glass of wine on the weekend. This careful monitoring of calories, and exercising with weights - heavy weights - has got me to my goal. I do cardio 2x/week. Started off with weights 3x/week, and then was doing 4x/week til I hit 140. Going back to 3x/week and trying to get to 135. Will up weights to 4x/week again if I don't see movement. Keep it up - just get more determined. Good luck!!0

How long did it take you to get at this point?
I made a pathetic start last November and lost 9 pounds that I regained in January. I got serious March 1. I did take a two week break after two months where I just maintained...so about 3.5 months.0 -
