Im just letting you know it really all depends on SW because if you are considered morbidly obese (i HATE that teem but it's the medical one) and you did not exercise really at all before this, then it's actually normal for that to happen. Whenever i start again after a long while i always start losing 3-4lbs a week n im…

These are really great replies! I do agree that having the rubber on ur body is better than the lard, but just was looking to see if people actually are able to get rid of it. Not necessarily saying i can, just wondering if its possible. And as i have noticed yes! Lol i fell off the wagon not long after posting though -.-…

THAT IS AN AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! Can I ask how long it's been since you started? Because your belly looks amazing currently, and that is my worst fear about losing weight in my belly, all the skin will be there as I am losing weight =/

BUMP! But I have to say my "apple" shape is so bad for myself i always say that "I look like a potato with toothpicks for extremities!" Hoping to get the hourglass shape I aspire for and get rid of this nasty over-sized beach ball for a belly! But you all give me hope and inspiration for my pile of blubber!

Bumpin'! Not much progress because I just started again but once i get to 180lbs I will definitely post!!! SW - 213 CW - 209.8 GW - 150 (apple figure, blegh!)

Ive just gotta say no matter how long it takes for you to get out of the plateau, it will be a blink of an eye compared to the rest of your life. Patience is a HUGE part of losing weight but its always possible, good luck to you!
