u r fine ! its normal for weight to fluctuate from 0-6 lbs per day depending on ur sodium content..... so cut down salt and make sure sodium is not more than 1500mg. and eat more fruits and sleep well to bring it back !!!!

Hi dude... yes oatmeal is a terrific idea for break fast ! the way I do is..... take half cup of oats and about 1/4 cup of kishmis ( or raisins ) and soak them in milk for about 10-15 mins and then have it. if u just eat oats and milk that is fine too.... but it might be too tasteless. so u can add any dry fruits and nuts…

Again, if its a very light snack then may be 15 mins is fine. But if its a decent meal say a veggie salad then yeah, 60-75.
