  • To ripen put them in a brown bag in a dark place(be careful once they start, theyll be ready very fast)...once you cut it, leave the pit in the unused portion, plastic wrap & put in fridge... has always worked for me :)
  • you can always use things around the house as weights.... 5lb bag of sugar, empty milk jugs filled with water and frozen, put books in a bag....just look around and be creative...everyone else had great ideas too Happy weightloss!

  • You need to EAT MORE! & youll stop feeling that way... 1 cheeseburger all day? youve got to be soo hungry (I would be!) you need to eat at least the 1200, many days you havent, food is fuel! you wouldnt be here if you didnt like food, enjoy your calories!!
  • I would also suggest the c25k program...you only run 3 days out of the week..there are free apps for your phone to tell you when to start/stop & take about 30 min... im only on week 2 but i love it so far...i feel very accomplished when a complete another day...something to keep in mind though, you dont really burn as many…
  • yup, completely normal...ive gained as much as 7 :( it will all go away, dont let it worry you & my best advice would be to skip the scale that week if seeing the number bothers you & drink lots of water to help with any cravings T-O-M might bring for you

  • believe it or not chocolate malt o meal is decently good for you & fast/easy to make..add a splash of vanilla almond milk & its ohh so yummy!.... only 130 cals/serving & will keep you full for a while...they have regular too but its all the same cals so i figure i can get my chocolate fix while eating healthy :)
