50% KerryGold Butter, and 50% MTC Oil. start with a teaspoon of each, eventually up to 2 tablespoons each if well tolerated. :)

Yep - that's way too much cardio! Cut it in half.
-
Yep, if doing cardio it should ALWAYS be done AFTER lifting. You'll always burn glycogen first, which is what you need for lifting. By the time you finish lifting and have burned off the sugar, you can do cardio to burn off fat. To do otherwise would be counter productive.
-
Sure - either will work. I do some of each. :)

Nobody needs high insulin levels. The lower the better, and this is achieved via low carb diet only. Set macros to 15c/20p/65f. :)
-
Research BulletProof Coffee! Now we're talking!
-
Been there - done that - ain't going back! Not a healthy diet at all!
-
I would have to see before/after macros to answer that.
-
Only way to know is to track your bodyfat levels. ie: Did you lose fat, muscle, and/or water??.....
-
If muscle mass (LBW) is different, and bodyweight is same, the one with more muscle will have higher BMR.
-
Cut back on workouts - more is not better. You are only burning half what you think. readjust calories and lower carbs.
-
Eating within 3 hours of bedtime is generally bad idea. You want to be burning fat while you sleep, instead of storing it. ;)
-
Set to 15c/20p/65f. All good! :)
-
Probably not recording accurately. Be precise.
-
Just slam down 25 grams protein after workout, and go to bed. All should be good. :)
-
1 a day may be right for you. You need enough, but not too much. :)

Eggs, Bacon, Grass-fed Beef & KerryGold Butter, Coconut oil, Macadamia nut oil, Cheese, Broccoli, Asparagus, Sweet Potatoes (small amounts), Bulletproof coffee, Raspberries - set macros 15c/20p/65f.
-
No - a calorie is not a calorie. This is well known now, but the myth still lingers! :)
-
Best to kick the habit! ;)
-
Set macros 15c/20p/65f.
-
Bump carbs up to 72 grams/day. :)
-
Not likely. Will get smaller week by week.....
-
I always weigh mine after cooking. :)
-
Yep - keep carbs below 100, and yes, calories still count.
-
Insufficient data. Specify............
-
Minimize running - maximize weights. ;)
-
No. shoot for 25-30 mins. :)
-
Take one Magnesium Citrate capsule morning and night. :)
-
No food within 3 hours of bedtime. ;)
-
High Carb, Low Fat??? Is that what you meant???? If so, that would be bad.....
