Not enough calories ???

I record everything I eat to a t and I still only consume half of the calories I'm supposed to but I eat 3 meals 3 snacks and I'm never hungry cuz I'm always eating !

Are you weighing all your food on a digital scale? Using cups/spoons for liquids?
If so try adding some calorie dense foods. Nuts, nut butters, evoo, avocado, etc...0 -
