Everyone struggles on the OHP. Stick with it....really tighten your butt cheeks as you lift, makes it easier, helped me push past the 40KG mark now. I was really struggling on 30KG for a while but moving up steady now

Similar situation for me, so I switched to 3x5 with only a minute (or so) rest in between. Short and intense workouts and great. I've also found a big difference in recovery time between sessions. As you said...Same wight next time (2), if that's a fail try once more (3), which is three fails in a row, then de-load 10% for that exercise The fails are for 3 sessions in a row, not 3 reps

Personally, I'd wait for the true fail, it may be the next round, or today's could have been any other factors such as lack of food, sleep etc. Go for it and see how you get on
