I'm excited because even though the weight loss has been slow -- four pounds in 2 1/2 months -- it has been happening, which it wasn't before! I think 5 lbs by January 1 would be ambitious enough for me. Can we set our own goals like we did for this one? I was proud of myself for only having two Butterfingers fun sizes on Halloween and that was IT. I am SO hungry today . . . but I really want to be down for weigh-in day. Where's the smiley face for "starving"???

I'm down 0.4 of a pound to 195.6 (yesterday was 195.2!!), and I'll take it! My revised goal for Thanksgiving is 192. We'll see! :smile:

Checking in: down about a pound from last week, to 195.0. I actually glimpsed 194.6 on Tuesday -- first time I'd seen "194" in a long time. Sudzie was a good influence. Thanks! :-)

Hi, I just found the "october" page thanks to Sudzie. Thanks Sudzie! I have been sick for the last few days, but it's working out pretty well weight-wise because my appetite has been pretty low. On the other hand, I feel like a slug. I'm inspired by all of you who are exercising like crazy in-between demanding schedules.

Hello, I haven't been good about checking in, but I've only just succeeded in getting up some momentum, and I'm sure it's because I'm finally being faithful about recording everything. I'm hoping to lose another five pounds by turkey day. Thanks for the support, especially from my friend, Sudzie.
