Hey, I feel you. But I think maybe you are being too hard on yourself lately. Look how well you have done so far. You've steadily lost since you started. Sometimes I feel the same way, then I look at how far I've come and it's not such a big deal.

I'm 29 and have a history of sports related knee issues. I wear two knee braces for added stability, you can get basic ones for $20 a pop at CVS. You might just have some minor cartilage tears. I'm no doctor, but it might just be getting older. It couldn't hurt getting it checked out by a specialist.

Dude, that's normal. I didn't even stop with the beer, just stopped buying a case every weekend and I dropped like 50 lbs in 6 months. I mean, I was doing other stuff to help too, but a good quality beer (all I drink) is anywhere from 250 to 400 (!!!!) cals. Pop back 15 of those in a weekend, and, well, you do the math.

I started at 365 lbs. and I'm now 297. I play alot of football, and I definately feel wayyyyy quicker. I figure it's like strapping a 70 lb. weight to your gut and trying to run. Obviously, it would slow you down.

Mostly I noticed when people that hadn't seen my for a while all said how small I looked. I think when you see yourself everyday, you dont notice it. I can really see it in my face in pictures now though...I have a jaw again!
