We all have our vices. Most of us probably have the same ones, let's see what they are. Wether they be food, family or feelings.
1. I can't have pickles in my house. I will eat the whole jar in one sitting. No calories, but oh man the sodium!
2. My husband. God bless him, I still can't work out infront of him. I have to do my 30 day shred when he's at work. Otherwise I feel like I'm being judged.
3. Oreos!!! Back in the day... When I used to have "munchies" this was my downfall. Don't do that anymore, but I can still put away quite a few and a tall glass of milk to go with.

1. Stress
2. Eating out
3. The weekend0 -
1. Chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, pie... anything sweet and delicious, especially if it is chocolatey too!
2. Hanging out with my family... Whether I go to my mom's or go to my dad's, I end up eating way too much food because it's so delicious! Plus they encourage me to stay late, go out with them, etc. so it soaks up gym time.
3. Anything that disrupts my routine. Like tonight I am going to see the re-release of LotR: Return of the King, which takes like 4.5 hours out of my day for the movie alone, not to mention driving to the theater, getting there early to get a good seat, etc. So no gym, no real dinner, and my sleep will be messed up too! It's a fun disruption but it does throw things out of whack.0 -
