    1. Chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, pie... anything sweet and delicious, especially if it is chocolatey too!

    2. Hanging out with my family... Whether I go to my mom's or go to my dad's, I end up eating way too much food because it's so delicious! Plus they encourage me to stay late, go out with them, etc. so it soaks up gym time.

    3. Anything that disrupts my routine. Like tonight I am going to see the re-release of LotR: Return of the King, which takes like 4.5 hours out of my day for the movie alone, not to mention driving to the theater, getting there early to get a good seat, etc. So no gym, no real dinner, and my sleep will be messed up too! It's a fun disruption but it does throw things out of whack.

    1. Boredom (thus it's crucial for me to keep only healthy snacks in the house, like fruit and veggies, and not cookies)
    2. TOM (I think I use it as an excuse to eat whatever and not workout)
    3. Free food (put a candy bowl in the breakroom, I'm going to check it out)

    1) TOM
    2) Carbohydrates. I literally MISS them. :(
    3) Special Occasions. My entire family celebrates with food. I either have to have extreme willpower or exclude myself. I don't like to do either LOL

Sodium!!!!! Why oh why is it in everything???? So frustrating!!!!

Beer - I limit my drinking to Friday nights only and I try to leave myself enough calories to do so and get in a good workout!

French Fries, Potato Chips - Those are my enemy, but I love them!!!! Only once in a while though :)

    1. Stress!

    2. Beer.

    3. Carbs. (Perfect meal for me would be mashed potatoes, bread, noodles and rice!)

So true on the carbs. My husband is Hawaiian and if every meal doesnt come with a triple side of rice he would go crazy. I make enough for JUST him and avoid it!

    1. Rice Krispy Treats
    2. Family visits - can't work out with the Grandkids around. Toddlers and weights, treadmill or exercise bike do NOT mix.
    3. Insomnia - I get up at 5am and am at work at 6am. If I can't wind down and sleep - I'm a zombie at work.
