  • Water aerobics is the best for you . Yes we seniors love to have younger ones there as we never had the opportunity for that when we were your age. At least when you reach our age another twenty years you will not be suffereing from arthritis, if you continue to water exercises. LA fitness is the best for that.

  • i also agree with you as Dr oz is very busy trying to make a buck or two from the diet supplement pills. They do not work for everyone. I am trying rasberry ketones. Anybody on it and any hints to if you loose weight or not.
  • try with 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt and add 1/2 tsp turmuric powder and 1 tsp of lawry's taco seasoning and marinate it in a plastic bag for 1 to 2 hours. cooking is on a skillet and cook for 15 minutes on the stove make sure you turn the chicken too. let it simmer in the marinate. enjoy and I hope this helps you

  • so happy for your loss. I like vegies a lot but I am having difficulty in loosing weight.. and fruits are always putting me in a bad sugar situation on mfp though ww is free.. Keep up with good work

  • being an indian heritage we are always vegan. Most of the legumes can be boiled and add cumin, turmeric and garam masala along with fresh tomatoes and ginger . very wholesome and tasty.
  • thank you for asking the same question which is bugging my mind. I am following point system and yet on mfp I am eating too many carbs and lots of sugar since I am vegetarian and eat a lot of fruit and veg. Wonder if MFP can show us the point system too. **** 01

  • i am new to this too. but it has opened my eyes to how and what I am eating and how much. I am vegetarian and eating a lot of vegies are carbs and I eat little protein now I have increased the protein and I can feel the difference. Very informative site. good luck .
