I love my scales. I love the fact they hook up to the wifi and there is a trend line in the app and it tells you the gradient of the trendline that way you don't fret about the little gains and losses.

I can join the obese club My bmi puts me at obese I've lost 4 stone 5 pounds (61lbs) got 4 stone 1 pound to go (57lbs) to be in the middle of the healthy bmi range! I'm not happy with were I am, but pleased with how far I've come. I going to do this

I would say just have 1 off day it's not going to kill you :) I got out I drink I start of good with processco and vodka sodas (both low calorie) but end up doing whatever by the evening and if out on a date I'm a glass of wine kinda gal which has a loads More classy and a bit easier to take your time over
