During that time of the month.. I binge the whole time my period is on...... I still my be food conscious though, just thinking about the hard work prior too the binge..

Sounds a bit like salt retention. I would look over what I ate during that time period to see if any altering needs to be done. Also make sure you are drinking at least 64 to half your body weight in water. Whatever you do don't give up. Your body may have hit a plateau but this too shall pass. Hang in there.

On a good day I drink approximately 132 oz, on a bad day I may drink 33 to 66 oz. I drink that amount because that's really what I'm suppose to be drinking and I work M-F 8-5 so I drink my 132 oz before 5, or else I will be in the bathroom all night. You are so right. I told myself that I would really start out today eating healthy.... how do I keep that motivation though. I wanna do this so bad. My husband loves to taunt me with sweets. It seems that when he knows I'm cutting back that's when he really starts bringing in the bad stuff.

I honestly think it's a mind thing. Typically before I engage upon healthy eating I tell myself " ok.. i'm going eat healthy this week" and that gets shot out the park by the idea of chocolate covered almonds or something. Ugh, If I could just kick the sweet habit I think I could win the fight.

no apples, I consume approx 1800 calories a day. I do have a pear for snack though. I've been walking now, well this makes the 18th day. I am wearing shoes by Curve....
