This website is awesome, so glad that i joined. I love being able to track what I eat versus writing it down, it makes it so much easier. I find though that I am extremely hungry between 3 pm and 6 pm, I try to eat like a fiber one bar but it causes me to bloat therefore I'm looking for some other healthy snacking options that would be great.

    That's around the time I have my cheese and triscuit fix. Or fruit and yogurt. Depends on my mood.

    I like the speical K cereal bars...only 90 calories! or i go for an apple or banana!

    I have a protein vanilla shake (blended w ice and instant coffee). Keeps me until dinner.
