so in regards to calorie counting. Can someone shed some light on if a calorie is a calorie is a calorie and does it make a difference. So say Person A eats 1400 calories a day and its mainly all good nutritious food. Then you take Person B who also only eats 1400 calories but they may have had a cookie and a few chips,…

so Jruzer thanks for your response... so basically eating more protein doesnt help you loose weight faster? And lets say you ate only your caloric limit but most all those calories are bad for you calories, chips, candy etc... a person would still loose weight as long as they kept to the calorie limit?

Well for myself, Obviously I want it to taste decent but I also want it to be a good quality one as well. Whats the point if your not trying getting all the benefits from it.

and I dont mean to sound confused but yet i am :) some say you should eat some of your exercise calories and some say not to.. I just dont get which is best

okay dont mean to seem dense... but it your bodies metabolism slows down etc it seems you wouldnt want to go into starvation mode...

How do we figure out our BMR? Lets just put out a random number say we figured that our BMR is 1900 then in order to loose weight we just need to eat less then that?
