Staying at 30 is fine but don't go lower as your body can have a defficiency and can also cause constipation! good luck!

Very realistic. A fitness trainer told me that it is possible and healthy to lose upto 20 pounds in a month. Also if you look at Jillian's 30 day shred it says by following that you can lose upto 20 pounds. :)

There is only so much protein one can have. Following the Dukan diet I lost 1 stone in just over a fortnight. My daily diet was 2 boiled eggs without yolk for breakfast. 3 boiled eggs (2 with yolk and 1 without) for lunch. And half a chicken for dinner. Snacking on fat free yogurt when hungry. Fresh fruit and veg is good ideas for snacks on a low carb diet. Try a corn on the cob boiled or fire popped with some spices if you like it spicy. Or a carrot sticks? Cucumber sticks? A boiled egg?

Good snack ideas is mainly fruits and veg sticks? Dipped in fat free or a low fat and low carb (read labels) dips. Seafood sticks are also a good snack idea if you like them. Mainly avoid processed foods and focus on natural foods.
