Great, count me in too. 30 lbs by Christmas means 30 pds in 18 weeks, which is about 1.6 lbs a week. be ry achievable with the right food intake and exercise regime. I am currently achieving this.....so let's work together and make this happen! Good luck to us. We can do this!

Hi, I have the same issue. I try hard to ensure that I have enough calorie intake. However, since I reprogrammed myself into a healthy eating lifestyle and exercise, I find that I am less hungry. Some days I force myself to eat extra, to ensure that body doesn't go into starvation mode. I seriously don't know what to do…
