Once I was stable again yes, the weight did come off...but not to discourage you, it's an individual process it took 6 months for me to start losing but at the year mark it started really dropping.

I take a supplement called nutracleanse it's says 1/3 cup a day but I use one tablespoon a day, 2 on bad days and have noticed a big difference also I take a probiotic everyday. It has made all the difference in the world. As far as food it's such an individual thing I feel your pain.

Are you logging everything you eat? If so you are starving yourself.

The dietitian told me to take my body weight and divide it in half and that is how many ounces of water I need a day.

Also even if you don't have signs and symptoms of an infection you can still have issues and it does cause off gasing which can be a cause of bloating so I think it's wonderful that you are going to try this diet I hope it works out. Well for you.

There seems to be a lot of sweets in what I read in your diary, and not very many fruits and veg. Also, 1200 cal could possibly not be enough cal especially if you are exercising...personally I would try and avoid sugary treats- and up my fruit and veg intake as well as calories in general.
