To be honest, you need to be checked for fibroids. Large fibroids make your stomach look like that, like you're pregnant.

Can I ask why you're getting a hysterectomy? If it 's due to fibroids, those suckers can weigh a lot and also they wreak havoc with your hormones. They can contribute to you having issues losing.

You need to give yourself a break. Your womb has only just gone to its pre-pregnancy size. That takes about 6 weeks. Don't beat yourself up, your body will heal. And congrats on the new bundle of joy :)
