  • I just joined WW online yesterday per my doctor’s recommendation. It’s hard to get used to counting points when I’ve been counting calories with Myfitnesspal for so long but I’ll try it for 3 months and see how it goes.
  • I’ve had my Versa for a week. I upgraded from a Charge2. Love the Versa! It seems to be quite accurate and battery lasts about 5 days. No complaints.

  • I just bought a Fitbit Charge HR and it seems to have the features you're looking for. It tracks sleep automatically, you can set up to 8 alarms (by vibrations), it notifies you of incoming calls with caller ID and it is on Amazon now for around $135-$140. It also has the added advantage of a heart rate monitor. I'm loving…
  • Stevia can be used instead of sugar.
  • Protein powder oatmeal balls *1/2 cup coconut oil (not liquid kind) * ~1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (can also use unsweetened coconut milk, but I like the almond milk) *1 scoop chocolate protein powder * 1 1/2 cups uncooked plain oatmeal 1 Tbs cocoa powder 1 Tbs unsweetened flaked coconut (optional) 1\2 Tbs mini…
  • For others with this question...you can print a size gauge from the Fitbit website that will tell you what size would be best. You just cut out the strip and wrap it around your wrist to find the right size for you.
  • I've had my Fitbit Charge HR for a little over a week. I'm waiting to see the Apple Event on March 9 to see if the Apple Watch will keep or drop the fitness/health features. If it will have the heart rate monitor and other fitness features as originally described last September, I'll be returning the Fitbit and buying the…
  • I mix it into my smoothie. Much better than trying to drink "oily" coffee.
  • I'm waiting for the Fitbit Flex to be released. Should be out sometime in May. Looks very promising.
  • I melt 2 TBSP in my coffee every morning. I have arthritis in both hips and the pain was getting so bad I was considering hip replacement. Within one week of using the extra virgin coconut oil, pain is practically gone. I'm also using it to ward off Alzheimer's, which both my Grandmother and Mom died of. I have authorship…
  • VitaMix is the way to go if you can budget for it!

  • iPad for sure (typing this on my iPad). :-)
  • Yes, I recently purchased the Ab Coaster PS750 (the top-of -the-line home use model). It is not a cheaply built machine and many of the commercial-grade units are used in professional gyms across the country. It truly does work your abs. I am unable to do traditional sit ups due to arthritis in my neck and spine, but I am…
  • I use Stevia. It's a natural sweetener and no aftertaste.
