Hi, new again today! In my 40s and just over 200...can't believe it....it's a new day again...and this group seems to understand. Nice to see the post... My goal is 180 for now...maybe if I don't set them too high I will have better results.

Scottish Eggs - hard boiled eggs wrapped in turkey sausage, coat with light flour, eggs/egg white and panko crumbs. Bake on rack of cookie sheet 45 minutes. Make ahead and eat all week. You can get about 7 eggs out of one roll of turkey sausage

my hubby cooks...for example it's 9:16 pm, he's about to grill sausage, no veggies nothing healthy, it's not easy!
