Yes I have been half logging the last couple of days . Plus look at the last 5 month. 100 calorie chips ahoy I not going to break me. Fried fish on the weekend is not going to kill me . Look at my whole history . Is that really a game changer ? I guess the main thing is my boobs are gone and I still have body fat to lose…

My workouts consists of Insanity twice a week, Personal training twice a week, half of hours of stairs a week. Run about 7 mile a week. Weekends are usually one/two strenth training sessions.

When I say time off , My thinking was to shock my body after a month of taking off. I dont like how I look. plus I feel like I can put on some weight.
