I started out running about 6 years ago and my first 5k I ran in about 34 mins. My fastest time for a 5k this year was 27:34. I practice running uphill sometimes or jog for a min and then sprint for as long as I can and then go back to a jog.

I try and do different body parts each day. I do a lot of squats and lunges every week. I am trying to do at least 2-3 days of HIIT. I am eating pretty healthy during the week, only give myself one day to cheat.

Ok so it's been about a year and I still am having trouble losing the last 20 lbs. I have switched up my workouts. I see a trainer once a week and we do HIIT for about 30-40 minutes. I try to walk about an hour a day just because I can't run right now since I injured it during an obstacle course race. Need Help.

Im still thinking about giving up. I haven't been motivated lately to workout because i haven't lost any weight in the last 3 months. I am going to try anf swtich things up this week coming up.

did a 5k this past Sunday and did it in 30:25. I did my first one 2 yars ago and it took me about 37 mins.

They do have some of the obstacles back to back.

I have done it twice now. I usually run about 10-15 miles a week and the course kills me just b/c of all the obstacles you have to do. You usually run maybe 1/2 mile before each obstacles. It is alot of upper body where you are pulling urself up over walls.

I usually ride the bike for about 40 mins at lunch time. Then after work i will usually run for about 45 hours and then do the arc trainer for another 25-30 mins. Then i usually do squats/ lunges and abs like 3 times a week.

My other problem is I have lost 25-30 lbs but can't seem to lose inches in my thinghs? Any Ideas?

Ya kinda. I do the bike, treadmill, arc trainer, stairmaster. I do switch it up. If i run one day i'll wait and then do sprints a coupleo f days later, same with the arc trainer. I am also getting discourage b/c i cant seem to lose any inches on my thighs.

Need some help. I don't know what else to do. I have already lost 25-30 lbs but cant seem to lose the last 15 lbs. I work out 5-6 times a week. About 2 hours a day. Please help. Any suggestions?
