I log as I go, because I eat what I want. I watch my calories and portion control I may be wrong but It works for me.

Have you tried early morning workouts. Also before you go home stop at the gym for a quick 30-45 minute workout. Don't forget to put your workout clothes on before you leave your job.

Yes, One time I moved ahead five weeks and put that weight in the note box. When I got to that date I was that weight. It was a big shock. I only did it one time. Try it and see for yourself.

I understand and feel your pain. I have been doing this since October I have only lost 35 pounds, and it has been very hard Some people have lost over 50lbs in the same time frame. Why not me?
