If all you do is watch tv try and set up small tasks that you can do during the commercial breaks. You'd be pleasantly surprised about the things you can accomplish with just a burst of work during commercial. The sense of accomplishment, hopefully, will motivate you to do more things. Good luck!

Decrease the use of flat iron and increase the use of hair massage with the product you like the most. Give you hair a rest from excessive heat and it feel/look better.

I do the same, it is easier to take the time to log the recipes of your most frequent foods so that later you don't have to log every item individually. This is specially helpful when you log in with your handheld devices :-) The recipe still will keep an accurate measure of sugars, fats, iron, etc.

Also, try ground chia seeds or ground salba. They are a good source of protein and will definitely you have regular BM :-)

cottage cheese or greek yogourt they are high in protein and low calories :-)
