Mine is in the cupboard. I love it so much I can't bare to part with it. Maybe one day one of my daughters will want it? I have three daughters so there is a chance I guess, tho I hope they would need it taken in if they used it. :embarassed:

Hey, can I get an invite too....5'9", sw 232' cw 197, wanna lose about another 25 lbs, tho not sure if it will be possible yet.
-
I changed my target last night to 170. Gives me almost 30lb to lose, 180 was too high for me I think, 170 is much more realistic

Whats sad about the lad wanting to go on the aquaduck ride is he will learn his parents eating habits and prob do the same to his kid in 20 years too :( That's the reason I'm on this journey...to never disappoint my children, to never have to say no based on my weight or lack of energy etc.

I will happily tell anyone my weight, despite being over weight it makes no difference. And everyone tells me I am heavier than I look. Tbh it's just a number, for me it's about how I feel I look, and how i feel. Neither of which are massively positive ATM hence my need to shed the weight and change my shape and life :).

I use spinach as an alternative to spaghetti in spaghetti bolognaise, or instead of rice with chilli or curry.
-
Wow wtg, I am not a runner but think that's fab.
-
Cheers for that too.but I'm not really specifically aiming for the actual goal. My aim is to just eat healthily, exercise and let the weight come off at its own rate. :)
-
Tbh Im not worried. I don't often meet the calories required and i walk a fair amount and i have just joined a gym so know bout gaining calories back. Just seems to constantly be coming down every few days or so and wondered why. Thanks. :)
-
I eat healthily and add as I go along. Planning and me aren't very friendly :)
-
Wow well done, that's fab x

You know what, some ppl feel they have a right to comment on everything, I'm sure the ppl are firstly jealous of how well you are doing, and secondly they would be the first to tell u to lose weight if u suddenly started gaining. Some ppl need to butt out and be more supportive and proud. Well done you. Just ignore them…

Because I had four babies within 7years and never bothered to fully lose the weight each time, Also because I always made excuses of being too tired to do stuff or tied down cos of the kids.
-
I heard recently that diet drinks make u actually crave sugar more, something to do with your body realising its not real sugar. This being said, I drink diet coke and am not about to give it up. In fact I'm not prepared to give anything up, just be more limiting of frequency and overall amount :) Good luck whatever u…

Hi I'm a 27 yomum of 4 (7,5,2.5 &8m) trying to lose bout 20lbs before I reassess where I'm at and how I feel. :) Feel free to add me :)

How do you track just dance? I was playing earlier, and had no idea so thought I wouldn't include it. Lol
-
I make my kids the same as I make us, the only difference I would say is, I tend to replace stuff like rice and pasta and potatoes with stuff like spinach for my hubby and I, but the kids will have both spinach and whatever I have made them, but none are that keen on spinach. So just a little to familiarise them with it.

Can I join too pls? X
-
That's fab. Well done you x

Aww it's hard losing baby weight and even when u do I'm soz to say you prob won't be the same shape. But good luck. I find it really helps using mfp.keeping close track of what I'm eating each day. X
