I'm sorry I won't help you. I have the same problem. I work so hard to eat healthy , I'm doing good for a week or 2, and than I gain it all back within few days. Vicious circle for the last 9 years. I'm with u!

I agree If you eat clean , 1200 kcal is enough. Plus exercise calories. Some people eat much more calories( process junk food ) I don't think it's better. I'm 5.5 and I'm doing good on 1200 kcal

Whatever you decide, just count calories But watch what you eat, you need to watch your proteins, carbs, fat tho

I totally understand you. Portion sizes! I know that eating healthy food is very important while losing weight, but if you can't afford it just eat half of what you've been eating. If you can not stop eating do sth what will distract your thinking about food. Good luck! You can do it.

Agree! For me its 90/10 But when I exercise I think twice what I put into my mouth. If it takes me 1 hr to burn 400 kcal, I dont even think about eating whole chocolate , because I have to work so hard to burn it.

I so agree with you When I count calories I think twice what I put into my mouth, so I eat healtier. For the last 2 weeks I'Ve tried South Beach Diet ( zero carbs , a lot of vegetables and protein ) and I lost 2 lb only. Trust me I have tried everything and so far calorie counting works the best for me

I'm sorry about your dad, you need some time to heal, it will be better over time. We are here for you, people here are very supportive, they care about you because they are in your shoes, no matter if they have to lose 10 or 110 lb. They understand you . Just take one day a time.

It's me also. I have noticed that when Im losing weight , first I lose from the top of my body , and when I have no more fat there to lose, I start losing from legs and but. So eventually you will lose that fat from the bottom. I think pilates is great for lover body.

I have tried spinning class yesterday for the first time, and I have burned only 411 kcal in an hour. I have no idea if I can come close to 600-700 kcal.

I think we all want to have quick results. You are right, what works for one person, doesn't have to work for the other. Everyone is different. If 2 different people would eat exactly the same foodm they would never have the same results!
