I have completed 30 days and I felt fantastic but I was not working out back than. Now I eat everything, and I lift heavy. I was thinking about doing another round of whole 30 but I was wondering If I will have enough energy for weight lifting.

I do weight lifting. If you wanna find a good program, go to boodybuilding.com and find a program. Jeamy Easton has a good one for beginners. Every exercise is explained and you can check the video also.

I use kale or spinach, parsley, also avocado, grapes, orange, turmeric, wheat grass, chia seeds. I'm adding whatever I have at home, everytime it's different. But I always use kale or spinach. You need to add 40% of fruits. And of course water.

I used to make like egg tax-mex. I mix eggs, green or red pepper, onions, ham ( anything you can put into the omlet) . I bake it in the oven in the evening so it's ready in the morning. I used to eat it in a car on the way to work. I love it.

I have started weight trening last week and I love it. It is so hard to memorize which exercise should be done what day and how many reps and weight. But but practise makes you perfect right? Please friend me if you lift and you eat clean, I would live to see your diary. Thanks!

It's so hard to say No to the food. Everytime I have to say No, I prefer to eat it and I tell myself that it's the last day, I will start tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes.

I try to eat 1300 kcal plus exercise cal. I don't like junk food( hamburger, mcdonalds etc ) Most of the time I eat pretty good by 3 pm and than I binge.
