  • I'm not sure if the intake at 1220 is too low or not. I don't have the time or resources to burn off an excessive amount of calories in a day. I am sure there could be a number of other things that could attribute to the lack of energy. I deal with depression, I live in Michigan and the weather right now is beyond freezing…
  • It is ridiculously priced, but a friend gave them to me for free. I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with it or what their experience was with it?
  • Oh I thought the fat was on there? I can see the fat on it. I'll have to adjust it. I've been using the Jergens Firming lotion and I'm trying desperately to increase my water intake.
  • I am having this issue right now. I have a scar on the front of my stomach below my belly button from having an ovarian cyst removed years ago (like 1995). The area around my scar is just on FIRE!!!

  • I am losing it in my arms and legs and face.. still waiting on the stomach. I guess that makes sense. I'm taking in between 1,000 - 1,200 calories a day and putting out at least 500. I'm really confused with the calories/deficit thing.

  • Thanks for the verification. lol I told one of my friends my tattoo was moving and he was like "Huh??" Its really coming out of my legs and my arms - just trying to get the belly to go... Eek.

  • Thanks for the heads up on the Jillian Michaels DVDs. I've been flying solo, doing what I do - anything to keep moving.. I think its time I fall in and start working out with Jillian. lol

  • Thanks for the great advice - all of you. My diet is clean; I've been walking an hour a day; riding a bike for 15 - 30 minutes a day; doing 50 crunches in the morning, 50 at night - its coming off my hips.. just seems like right now my belly is gigantic.. it's driving me nuts.
