Hi - I'd love to see an updated before/after your tummy tuck. I'm scheduled for my surgery in two weeks, and would love to hear an update on how you've been feeling and how the scar looks.

Wow! Congrats, you look awesome!

Been on Keto for almost two years. Lost 52 pounds. I'm 4'11". I'll continue this lifestyle for the rest of my life, as I'd never felt this great before.

I've lost 50 pounds on keto. My rule of thumb is eat only if I'm truly (stomach rumbling) hungry, eat until I'm full and happy, never eat if I'm not hungry, not caring about meal times. I found that by letting my body take the lead I lost faster. Usually eat about 2 meals a day, one at 11 am and one around 5-6pm. Doing any…

Thank you all for your words!

Thank you! Just started going to the gym about a month ago. Mostly weights, but still figuring out what works for me. Still have 20 more pounds to go, so I'll post again hopefully soon when I reach my goal.

Congratulations!!! Great work! So glad you were able to get healthy!

I eat less than 15g per day.

I once posted several pictures of my daughter's first birthday. In one of the pictures I'm holding her up on an awkward position that made my belly look HUGE. A friend from high school started congratulating me on the news, saying she didn't know there was another one on its way. I deleted the comment without ever…

My weird NSV: I have a hole in my armpit!!! Let me explain. For years my armpits have so much fat in them that the were like small cushions of fat... Yesterday I had my arm on top of the kitchen counter and for some strange reason decided to look, and there it was! A very noticeable concave curve!
-
Love your reasoning!

Update: 90 days and 23 lbs. And still happy! Went through Christmas effortlessly with absolutely no cravings.

I've been keto for three months and eat chocolate every day. Cake? At least weekly, and guilt free. I don't count calories, I let my body decide, I eat whenever I'm hungry, and stop eating whenever I'm full. :)
-
A) how silly. I'm going to regain 50 lbs of water. Yeah, right. LOL. B) Easily avoided - sodium intake. High cocoa solids chocolate is a regular for me. Low carb cakes are easy to make too, if that floats your boat. You can even buy cake mixes in boxes. I could apply the same snarky approach to exercise, or low fat…

I count total too

I haven't done a fat fast, but I have never needed to. I've been ketoing for three months and have lost 24lbs. Never stalled so far.
-
Just wondering, how many grams of sugar a day would you consider "moderate", say on a 2,000 calorie diet?
-
Usually around 20 to 25g total, not net. Mostly from veggies. I feel great! I have the energy thing, and barely get hungry, get full really fast as long as I have my fats.

Thank you!

Looking for LCHF friends!

I loved this answer!!! Good for you! I understand and totally agree

I'm doing keto too, but I'm not doing high protein. I'm eating high fat. Lots of almonds, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, avocados, etc. Haven't had any problems with constipation. I'm going less often, but without effort, which is sort of the point.
-
But, yeah. Meat is awesome ;)
-
Actually, no. I'm doing LCHF, so it's moderate protein. I'm averaging between 60-80 g of protein daily, or about 30% of my calories. That's only average, I eat only when I'm hungry, and until I feel satiated, so I end up eating more some days than other...
