I love toast for breakfast, I have started buying a 400g loaf rather than 800g as to skim a few calories off & reduce my portion sizes :)

I have them all the time, rather than using butter put your cheese on the potato 10mins before it comes out of the oven. Babybels work really well, delicious with lots of salad :)

Cut my portions down, it is mind over matter with me! I use smaller plates as I like to see them full! I buy 400g bread rather than 800 so im still having 2 pieces of toast they are just smaller no longer use butter or marg, i make white/ cheese sauces with cornflour. Use skimmed milk rather than semi weigh everything!

I save every week the money I would be spending going to a slimlming club, I put it away in what used to be the biscuit barrel! This money will be to treat myself with new clothes, pampering & healthy family activities! Trying to get out of the habit of seeing sweet things as a reward!

I've been taking early evening walks, chills both my boys out before bed time & gets some calories burnt for me :)

Alot of mine would be my portion sizes of potatoes, I never knew they were so calorific! From doing the slimming world diet where they are 'free food' I beleive this encouraged me to over eat them. Also a big downfall is cake!

I don't count every day housework as I would be doing that anyway, but if I'm spring cleaning / moving furniture then I log that. Any activity that you wern't already doing counts :)

They are reins & if you knew my toddler you wouldn't think twice! he loves them they are a dinosaur backpack & he happily puts them on if it means he can walk rather than ride in the pram, I've a 9week old too so no chance I could abandon him to run after my toddler. We love to walk by the river & safety first!

I batch cook alot, so then there is minimal meal prep when we have been busy all day. I plan ahead & do a weekly food planner. I deffinatley fall into this category of weekend binges! Have found a delicious pudding of meringue nest with carte d'or light ice cream & berries all for 137calories it is a real treat! For roast dinners I've just cut down portion sizes & try to fit in as much exercise as possible to allow for going over on calories
