I really like the Jillian Michaels dvds! The Kickbox fastfix is prob my favorite! But I also do Tae Bo regularly and really like it!

I have never heard of some of these dvds but I will be checking them out! I have figured out that I really enjoy kickboxing type exercise! I have Jillian Michael's Kickbox Fastfix and I enjoy it. Mainly because they are only 20 minutes each!

I fell off my wagon a few weeks ago. I'm trying so hard to get back on it. Making time to exercise is kicking my butt! If I could get a swift kick I could get back into it....I'm starting over again this week. *fingers crossed*

I have homemade smoothies for my breakfasts. I only use yogurt and fruit but there are many different ways to make them. I work Monday-Thursday so I make enough for all week on Sunday. I freeze them and the night before I am going to have it I put it in the fridge to thaw. By the morning it is usually ready to eat but…

I hate carrots but I am trying to learn to 'like' them. I put them in a food processor and then add them to my meatloaf.

I don't drink soda like I used to. My husband and I almost gave it up cold turkey. About once a month I have a craving. I go ahead and do it. But just a can so I don't drink a whole bottle and feel miserable. After I have one I am good to go for awhile.

I really like Jillian's videos! The kickboxing fastfix one is the shortest I have found, only 20 minutes on the dot! The other ones say 20 minutes but they are more like 25-27 minutes long. Good luck!

I add brown rice to dishes so you don't really notice it. I found this recipe and I really like it. Made it for the husband and he likes it too :) Eat it by itself or wrapped in a tortilla with some cheese and salsa yum! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.…

I completed level 1 (with a couple of extra days) but I got bored and some other stuff got in the way so it fell to the wayside. I do however love doing the KickBox FastFix as my morning workout. I love camping! The group I go with are not at all concerned with healthy eating so it is hard for me. I just try to watch my portions. But I think camping is a great time to grill stuff over the open flame! My weakness is grilled chicken! But just about anything can be grilled so I say take advantage of the fire :)
