    You look great! This really inspired me! 205 is where I started and 150 is my goal! I'm almost halfway there. You have gave me the kick in the butt that I need!

    Thank you!! It's been a long time coming, I've been overweight or obese my entire life. I try to walk atleast 3 days a week for atleast 20 minutes, I stopped eating white bread, white rice, all I eat is whole grain stuff. I stopped drinking things with sugar in them I only drink water except once in a while I'll splurge and get a pumpkin spice or something other than that the only sugar I get is from fruits I eat. Measure out serving sizes no fast food unless its a salad veggie burger or turkey burger nothing fried. I allow myself one cheat day a week where I can do whatever I want without worrying about calories :] But everyone is different so what worked for me may not work for you :]

    I recently started doing almost the EXACT SAME THING! It's good to know someone got results from trying it :)

    Awesome job! I am just starting (again) and am close to your starting weight. I want to get to 150, as well. I've been there once, but it's nice to see what it will look like again - on you - because I cannot picture myself like that!

    Sooo envious..... I was 207 May 13.... now 174...Oct 26th still working on losing that weight! You have done an awesome job in a short amount of time!!! Congrats!

    Here is a weightloss timeline from my first 10lbs lost up to today, as of today I have been on maintenance for 11 days and I am doing very well at keeping my weight at between 149lbs and 150lbs :]
