Time will be your best friend here. No it won't make you care less, but it will change the hurt that comes with the memories. I recently lost my favorite dog to cancer just a week after I lost my mom. The grief of both combined can find me at the strangest of times. If possible I allow it to wash over me, give myself a set…

I log mine for several reasons. A couple of my supplements actually have calories in them, it is a great record for me to go back to when looking for info for my doctor, or if I have health changes I can see if they occurred around some type of change.

Make friends with cinnamon, research it's effect on your condition. I have several diabetic and pre-diabetic friends who use this supplement and along with understanding the best way to eat for this body issue, they have been able to lower their numbers dramatically. We take it in supplement form.

It has been a rocky year for me in the losing weight department but through it all I knew I just needed to continue the changes I had made in my life and my body would eventually change for the better with it. I am now seeing the benefits of that effort. I often think had I not had this…

Bumping for you. You always write from the heart, and express the thoughts that I am sure many of us think just not quite so eloquently. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Hey Little Bro, Dad called this afternoon and he got married on Wed. night (#7). They will be living at his place in the summer and hers in the winter. Are you over or under as to whether he will make it to hers? Yeah I was totally surprised too, sorry I had to be the one to tell you but he can't find you.

The thing that I picked out of your story right away was not that he was saying this is what you were, but he said that non-medical people usually don't realize that this type of record keeping can be helpful information in their healthcare.
