Add me. I’ve been sober five years, but I understand the struggle, after drinking for 20. I have binge and snacking issues. It’s a mental strain for sure. There is an emotional eating group available but I do not know how to link.

I can say that I have a lot of leg pain too. I’m not sure what you’ve mentioned, but my neuropathy is getting more severe. It’s hard. I’ve pushed it, but it wasn’t easy. I’m a big fan of leftover veggies in eggs. PB2 on healthy bread toast. I can’t make myself like Greek yogurt, but it’s here and has protein. I’m a big apple eater in the morning....easy to grab and go with a cheese stick. Or protein powder in cashew milk

I can completely relate! I was at 240...made it down to 170-175. Looked and felt great. Then I let a bit go and went back up to 190. Then I quit counting calories all the way and am at 223. I’m not juicing for the woo. I’m adding it, to further increase nutrients, on top of all the greens I eat. But I’m not looking to add anymore than an additional 150 ish calories. I was just looking for someone that actually does juice, that might have insight on caloric counts. I know the database is unreliable. Thanks!

I never did. Out of nowhere, my legs started swelling and I had 20lbs of water weight. Now I do! Down to about 500mg or less per day...I have to be. But with all things, moderation could have helped
