I loce P90X. I went from 324 ibs to 264 in Just a month and a Half. But due to life I lost track of it and gain most of it back. I love P90X and will be going back to it. As of today I am more then half way through INSANITY and already preordered P90X2. good luck but I highly recommend it.

U have now just started on month 2 of insanity. The first month ws hard for me but i lost about 20 pounds from it. but you have to push yourself eveyday. and eat right. good luck. I might do insanity again in a month so let me know when you get it and maybe we can do it together.

O ya you should go look at his pics in his profile. the before and after will change your life and make you know that you CAN do this. it did for me.

wow mouth is still wide open... 23 flights. I am trying to be healthy but still would have taken the stairs just because it is 23 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!! good going.

thank you all for the support and kind words. I Celebrated this weekend with some bad foods but now am back on track. I really could not have done it without you all.

OOOOOOOOOOO to be 7 pounds away. lol Be happy that you are that close. It is hard (So I've heard and hope to experience). just know that all your hard work will pay off. Also you might be gaining muscles and lossing weight. try mesuring instead.

Keep your head up. Just think. Would you feel as good as you feel now if you didnt workout. I have seen your progress myself. I know it sucks and you want to look beautiful now. ^^ I agree it really depends. I have dropped almost 20# in the last month and I cant see it at all but other people do. I think it doesent matter as long as you feel better and your clothes fit better.

I am doing INSANITY right now. I am on my last week of the first month. I have had good success from INSANITY. I have lost almost 20# in the 3 weeks I have done it. I know it is hard, Trust me I know, Im 3 weeks clean but try and cut out the diet cokes. Try and find something to replace them. You will see a change in you when you drink water. For me I had to find an alternative to coke and for me it was flavored carbonated water. it is the same thing but not near as bad a coke. try…

way to go on your weight loss already. I know it is hard and trust me I know. I went from 324 to 264 then back up to 312 now back on the "Final decend" to my goal of 224. yep thats right 100 pounds. I am here if you need a friend. good luck and YOU CAN DO THIS.

what i id was put the band middle in the back crack (lol back crack) of a door in my apartment then set on the ground and did the pullups like that. plus a high resistance. hope this helps.
