Starting Insanity today..

I would like to know if anyone has gone through Insanity and how their success was. Also, if people can post before and after pictures of their Insanity success that would be great! I was also wondering if anyone knows how to get the Insanity shirt? Thanks in advance for any support.

    I didn't get the shirt because I was too lazy to send my before and after pictures. Just follow the instructions. Once you're done, send your before and after pictures on line and they will send you the shirt. I finished it about two months ago and loved it. Now, I regularly work in an Insanity workout with my spin classes (2x week), running (1x week), weights (2-3x week) and a variety of other dvds I use. Good luck. It will change your life if you stick with it!

    my daughter and i did two rounds of insanity----love love love shaun t and insanity. i had to modify it quite a bit---236 lbs when i started and not in the best shape. lost 12 inches total but not a lot of lbs. i couldnt do a single push up from my toes when i started but when i got done the first round i did 13 from my toes. feel free to friend me or my daughter---"troll" on here. HAVE FUN.

    I have done Insanity in fact I am on my 3rd roung (well one round was a hybrid with P90X). Once I figure out how to post pics I will post them!

    I am doing INSANITY right now. I am on my last week of the first month. I have had good success from INSANITY. I have lost almost 20# in the 3 weeks I have done it. Add me if you need help or want to know what is coming. O and to get the shirt fill this form out.
