Where do you have the rules for this 90 days to a new you? What all does it consist of? I am a fitness coach and I hold 90 day fitness challenges. I would be happy to help host this event and aid in everyones support . Please let me know what the details of your program are. Please feel free for everyone to add me as a friend. Also search for Urbanity Lifestyle Group. This is where I host my challenges. Looking forward to meeting everyone.0

Anyone can join! Set your own monthly goals for whatever weight loss you want to aim for! Say 10 lbs or 4lbs a month...you choose!! I'll start a new topic 1st of June, everyone can write there personal goals and introduce themselves!! Then we'll have weigh-ins every two weeks to show any weight loss, gain or plateau! So for example (Last Challenge):
starting 3/1 248lbs
week-2 3/15 245lbs
week-4 3/29 239lbs
week-6 4/12 231lbs
week-8 4/26 222lbs
Also if ANYONE wants to post a daily or weekly challenge go right ahead! (but please one challenge a day!!) I'm game for any new and great ideas to keep us moving!!!0
