Sorry for the late post! No loss for 1/29. :( Did anyone else have trouble with the first few lbs? At least I'm not gaining any more, but I guess I just need to work harder so I'm not just maintaining.

Soda -- I had a friend who lost a lot of weight just by cutting out soda. Trying to drink only water, milk and tea. Non-whole grains (no white bread, white rice, etc.) Cutting back the fast food. Though not eating out entirely -- just making better choices when I do. And ADDING things like fruits and veggies. I found that…
