i wish you the best of luck! i did this, and ate no takeaway/lollies/chocolate/cake at ALL for about 6 months, and it worked great! i cheated a bit at the start, don't worry if you do, it just makes you more determined! x

1-2 eggs is only around 150 cals, so in that way, they're great! i can't see any disadvantages, they provide a whole heap of protein, which will help keep you full and energized throughout the day. xo

i cant guarantee it would work for you, but after a started doing situps and a few pushups each night for about 3 weeks, i look slimmer in the chest, and definitely on my upper arms :) hope that helps, and even if it doesnt take weight off your bust, sit ups are great for your stomach, obviously :) good luck! x
