Congratulations on choosing to get healthier. Personally, I would not worry about a pound gained.. As others have stated weight can fluctuate during the course of a day plus over night... depending things like sodium intake ...eating later at night and other things. So last night for example I ate shoneys salad seafood…

I work for headstart.. children with allergies are served alternatives. No brown bagging allowed.

Headstart and boy we run a tight ship.. I have thought about getting doctors note. Breaded fake nuggets, lots of canned green beans they also add seasoning to. Some frozen veggies for soups. Grits turkey sausage. Sometimes ground turkey for spaghetti .. the food is awful. Canned peaches strawberrys in a sugary syrup.. ugh..

Unfortunately yes I have to eat the food.. if caught sneaking food , we get written up. The idea is to set an example for the little ones.

Hi, I'm 41 with 60 pounds to lose. So far 13 days and no change in weight. However, I do feel better since exercising. So that's a plus . I am not giving up!! currently I weigh 192, my goal weight is 130.
