diff wed challenge

not sure that there is a name for these or not but I know they work a few different areas lol

100 high knee lifts alternating your elbow across your knee....add weights if you want to or modify for past injuries/surgeries....let us know how many,,,added weights etc :) have fun and do to high energy music and get a little bounce in your step :)

    oh do you? ya they are a good burn....my workouts depend on what I see for challenges on here and some gardening, walking and biking mostly so far....ya I am sore lol did the 100 tricep challenge too today ....now I am off to finish house work, daily gardening and taking care of the animals then maybe a short bike ride or do some dancing....
