For those of us stuck at a desk these work great ....but works just as well for those who stand at their job all day....stay at home- working mom/dad - works while doing dishes, floors etc :) equal opportunity burn :)

150 crunches - sit or stand straight- exhale through mouth -tightening all your stomach muscles... hold for count of 3-4-5-10 seconds....inhale through nose- relaxing those muscles.

150 butt blasters- sit or stand straight- should breathe through these as well- better breathing is just good for you :) ......tighten glutes and hold for count of ten and release....for those who want to dice it up a bit ...you can add calf lifts to this as well :)

Make sure you stretch -be careful and have fun :) Let us know how you did!

    I'll try this, but I tend to do that with my abs all day anyways :-). I try to keep them in a perpetual crunch all day long. :-)

    done- did mine standing-love how it grabs the lowerr abs- mine are weak so the this is a great wkout for me. I also added calf raises since I was standing :)
