2002 dodge neon, love how it handles and good on gas mileage. Dislike well, it has a small gas tank, and it is hard to see out the back window. Other than that love it....

I had the same problem so you are not alone. I can do 30-45 minutes now...not fast but at an even pace. Just keep at it you will increase as you get stronger.

It just amazes me how many calories you can use up when you go to a fast food place. Well, today I treated myself to onion rings, but I kinda got a stomach ache. But that won't stop me from eating in moderation on occassion.

hip hop with a good beat. sometimes when I walk I will hear a song I can go with the beat then put it on repeat. Today I had to find 2 songs because I walked 2 miles and it was just getting to repiticious.

I am a teachers assistant but am off the summer. It is hard to keep track of things during the school year unless I do a video or elliptical before or after school, but by that time I am tired and want to relax. Plus tracking food is harder also. We have home made meals and I don't know the break-down.
