diabetic percentages

I was wondering if anyone else was diabetic and how to set the percentages? I am confused, any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends on your goals. If you are looking to reverse and live medication free, then very low carb, higher protein and fat.
If you want to "eat in moderation" and be content with medication then just do calorie counting.
Me, I reversed my diabetes.
