  • I know this is an old thread, but i get baaad bloating before and during my period. I dont weigh myself at all while im menstrating because i know better. But my clothes dont fit too great and i just feel so bloated. I hate periods. I wish i didnt have one!

  • I dont get bored quit as easily. I like to do the same thing, only switching it up very little for some reason. But i feel like im going to love t25. It has a variety of workouts but its not like dance moves where its hard to get the footing down and stuff. I think im going to get really good results, going from 30DS to t25

  • Congrats! This is something you ahould discuss with your dr definitely. I would think of you cut out unhealthy foods and try your best to eat healthy, you will probably at least not gain much weight, but really talk to your dr
