Ok, im small already, i guess i could say i would like to be smaller, but not a big deal if i dont. My measurements do not change at all, my weight fluctuates, i did 2 weeks of 30 day shred and then went into t25 because i was so anxious to try it, i just did day 1 of week 3 on t25. Im 5'3, My upper waist is 28 my mid waist is 31, my weight stays 120-122. Should i just stop worrying about keeping my stats? The only thing i dont like about my body is, since having kids, my body is mushy lol. I want to get rid of my sit down muffin top and tone myself. Are my measurenrs going to change? Should i just stop measuring and weighing, because its only getting on my nerves to see the same thing every week. Im definitely seeing my stomach look flatter, but my measurements arent saying, the same thing that im seeing with my eyes. Thanks everyone

Main thing I got from this thread is that the OP needs to develop patience. Changes don't happen in a handful of days0

I guess do whatever you need to do, to keep going. You don't have to weigh or measure. It's good to do it periodically, but sounds like you might be expecting results too quickly.
As DavPul said - have patience.0 -

You see a visual change in your stomach but the measurement is the same. No big deal you are actually making progress - keep doing what you are doing - and be patient.0 -
Did you gain the weight in a few weeks? NO? Then how can you expect it to lose it in a few weeks?
Give it time! Keep going. :flowerforyou:0 -
Sounds to me like you want to stay around the weight you are, and firm up. Right?
So, eat around maintenance to 250 cal deficit, keep up with working out, doing a combo of HIIT & lifting some weights that actually push your muscles (This doesn't mean the weights have to be heavy, just that you have to having a hard time finishing the last set. You can do 5 sets of 5 squats (25 total) with 125lbs on your shoulders, or 5 sets of 50 squats (250 total) with no weights at all, as long as you are saying "Wow, I am going to feel that tomorrow" when you finish).
This will (1) burn off some of the fat, (2) grow some muscle so there is something under the fat to be firm.0 -
Oh no, lol im being impatient, i know for a fact its gonna take a while, i was just wondering if i need to stop keep stats, or maybe instead of once a week, maybe check them once a month. Maybe i should of said that. I have been working out for a yr now, so yes, i know it takes a long time to see good results. And since im small and have very little fat, it will take quite some time. But im just tired of checking stats once a week if i need to do it once a month lol0

I would take measurements once a month and pics once every 6-12 months.0 -
No, im not wanting results too quickly. I want to know how often i need to do stats. I can be impatient, but im very excited about what this workout is doing. And i dont want to do stats too often if i dont need to.0
