Insanity is definatly a workout. I recently just started round two of insanity. It's a total BUTT KICKER, but I have seen some good results.

I know this is an older post but congrats to you! I have been doing hip hop abs and even though its taken some time im seeing some good results im happy, its taken me about 9 weeks. But im hoping the next 9 weeks will give me even better results! Good job id love to see your updated results
